Advanced Leadership Program Application

 
Each application to our Advanced Leadership Program is individually reviewed by the Director of Programs to understand what each student is seeking to gain in the program and to make sure that each applicant is a good fit within the program.  Enrollment is limited as we keep our programs to a minimum number of 20 participants.  We have found that this offers an environment for each teacher in training to get more individual attention and therefore more substantial personal development.  Last minute applications will be reviewed with potential acceptance provided that the applicant is a good fit and that space is available. The submission of your application indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the requirements for the training. 

Once you submit your application a non-refundable application fee of $500 must be received in order for the application review process to begin.  You will hear back from Hot Spot Power Yoga within 2 weeks of application submission via email.  Once your application is reviewed a phone interview will be conducted and acceptance into the program will be determined.  

Upon acceptance into the program, the $500 application fee secures your spot and is applied towards the full program tuition.  If you are not accepted into the program the $500 application fee will be refunded minus a $100 processing fee. 

We do not intend to cancel a program at anytime, but reserve the right to cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances. If a program were to be cancelled for any reason all monies paid to the program will be fully refunded. 
 

I acknowledge that I have answered the above questions honestly and completely. I acknowledge that I will be contacted for a phone interview for full processing of this application. I understand that by filling out this application I am not guaranteed acceptance into Hot Spot Power Yoga's Advanced Leadership Program. Refund and Cancellation Agreement: I acknowledge that a non refundable $500 application fee must be received in order for my application to be processed. I understand that this application fee will be used towards my full tuition upon acceptance into the program. I acknowledge that the $500 application fee will only be refunded if for any reason I am not accepted into the program minus a $100 processing fee. Once accepted in to the program I understand that full tuition payment in the amount of $1200 must be received prior to program commencement. Credit toward future Hot Spot Power Yoga programs will be given for cancellations if received at least 7 days prior to the program minus the $500 application fee. If Hot Spot Power Yoga cancels the teacher training, a full credit or refund will be issued. I understand the Hot Spot Power Yoga Teacher Training refund policy. Attendance Agreement: I understand that once I am accepted into this teacher training 100% attendance is required. I understand that if I will miss any training sessions I will contact the Program Director immediately and schedule a make up session at $50 an hour or $595 per module in a future training in order to complete and receive teaching certification. I understand that if I miss any training sessions without contacting the Director of Programs I may be asked to leave the Training without a refund and will not receive continuing education hours.
