Kelynn's personal practice started in 2009, as a way to enhance her recovery from an injury to her right arm. Kelynn was so moved to share yoga with others that she started teaching in 2011. Her passion for yoga and compassion for her students shines through each class, creating an encouraging environment for students to grow. To her, the mat is a place of transformation—a space to develop the poses and nurture your heart.

Over the years, Kelynn has also had the opportunity to serve with the Hanuman Festival, to live at the Satchidananda Ashram, and to write for GatherYoga. She is grateful to all of the teachers who have taught her, among them: Trace Sahaja Bonner, Rachel Glowacki, Shiva Rea, Amy Ippoliti, Swami Arivananda, and Karina Hahn.

Outside of the studio, Kelynn enjoys singing, hiking, writing, playing in the sand, and sticking her head into a good book! She and her pup, Anika, are well traveled, but have come to call Jacksonville, FL home for now.



Kelynn Holt instructs the following:
  • Power Yoga (75 min)
  • An ultimate experience for people who are ready to tap into their inner-power. Based upon the Baron Baptiste Power Yoga Method, this practice is a combination of different traditions of yoga that combine for a dynamic mix of sweat and spirit. It will tone your body and electrify your mind. It is a flow that has many different levels which allows for beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. The classes are taught in a heated room to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles. This flow will torch calories, tone your body, and relax your mind (75 min)

  • Power Yoga (60 min)

  • Detox Flow (60 min)
  • Detox Flow is a mix between a traditional Baptiste Power Yoga class and a more restorative class. It's a balanced class combining flow, total body integration, awakening and restoration to give an overall detox to both the body and to the mind. It's the perfect way to rinse out stress, and create a clear mental space to move forward from. The flow of this class has many different levels which allows for beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. This class is taught in a 90 Degree heated room to warm the muscles and increase detoxification of the body. (60 min.)
