Our 40 Days to Personal Revolution program is a 6 week progressive journey into personal transformation through yoga, meditation, nutrition and self-inquiry.
Regardless of your level of experience by the end of this program you will be physically stronger, clearer, healthier and empowered to create a better life.

Commitment
The 40 Days to Personal Revolution will work if you do. Baron’s book and program outline will be the supporting guideline for this program with each week being a different focus to explore. The program consists of progressive yoga and meditation practices during the 40 days plus weekly group meetings where it all comes together.
Our meetings are guided discussions around what it is that you are getting present to in your revolution. Support, inspire, and encourage one another as you move through this program not alone but together. This is one of our most popular programs and a great start towards a personal commitment to health and wellbeing!
