Power Yoga

An ultimate experience for people who are ready to tap into their inner-power. Based upon the Baron Baptiste Power Yoga Method, this practice is a combination of different traditions of yoga that combine for a dynamic mix of sweat and spirit. It will tone your body and electrify your mind. It is a flow that has many different levels which allows for beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. The classes are taught in a heated room to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles. This flow will torch calories, tone your body, and relax your mind (75 min)

Power Yoga & Mindful Meditation (90 min)

This class combines a 60 minute Baptiste Power Yoga class with an optional 30 minute meditation class.

The Baptiste Power Yoga class is heated in a 90 Degree heated room. The practice is a vinyasa style class to get your body moving and your heart rate up. The poses are challenging in a way that gets you out of your head and into your body. This class is the perfect start to a mindful meditation. This is a guided meditation with self inquiry and discussion at the end. The meditation is optional.

Restore & Renew

Slow down, relax, restore! This is a gentle and Meditative flow with emphasis on opening and restorative poses. It is mostly floor work to open up areas of the body that tend to be the most strained or tense. You will leave feeling more open physically, mentally and emotionally.

Detox Flow

Detox Flow is a mix between a traditional Baptiste Power Yoga class and a more restorative class. It’s a balanced class combining flow, total body integration, awakening and restoration to give an overall detox to both the body and to the mind. It’s the perfect way to rinse out stress, and create a clear mental space to move forward from. The flow of this class has many different levels which allows for beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. This class is taught in a 90 Degree heated room to warm the muscles and increase detoxification of the body. (75 min.)

Y.O.D.

YOD is Intentional exercise. You get the yogavibes combined with a high intensity, sweaty workout. We’re proud to say we don’t use props or equipment in YOD (ie: bands, weights, stability balls). You’ll leave this class ready to take on the world!

Here’s the breakdown:

20-minute Power Yoga Warm-up Sun salutations A & B to fully warm up the body Active poses within a flowing sequence Set intentions and build community

25-minute Strength and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Work your upper body, lower body and core individually and together Learn how to integrate exercises into full body movements (compound movements) Use your own body weight and focused attention to experience the full expression of each exercise

15-minute cooldown and savasana Restorative yoga postures designed to bring the body back to a balanced state Acknowledge and appreciate the resilience and strength of your being Rest and relax in savasana so you leave class feeling fully rejuvenated
