Power Yoga

This is a heated all-levels traditional power vinyasa yoga class. The instructor will put emphasis on Asana (yoga poses), Pranayama (breath), and Vinyasa (flow). This class will challenge you physically and hone your focus mentally and emotionally. This culmination of physical and mental focus with breath will drop you into your parasympathetic nervous system. You can expect to get stronger and more toned through this practice as well as increased flexibility, improved cardiovascular health, and a general sense of calm. These classes are taught for all levels. This class is set to 90 degrees.

Similar to our Power Yoga classes; in this class, we provide empowering, fun and thematic playlists that flow energetically with the teacher's sequencing. This class focuses on power, vinyasa, and breath all set to the tone of music. Every playlist will be different and impactful in its own way. One playlist might bring out the playful side of you while another brings out a more grounded and intentional you. In general there might be a little more of an invitation to play, dance, or sing through your flow as you drop into a powerful and playful practice. This class is set to 90 degrees.

Restore & Renew Yin Yoga

Restore & Renew Yin Yoga

Slow down, relax, and restore! 

This class is a mix of restorative and yin postures. Restorative yoga consists of gentle poses taught mostly on the floor; Yin places its emphasis on the deep connective tissues of your body, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. These poses are held for an extended period of time to open up areas of the body that tend to be the most strained or tense. You will leave feeling more open physically, mentally and emotionally. The room temperature is held at 80, it's warm, not hot & not cold, just right.

Detox Flow

DETOX FLOW:

Purify your mind and body with this intuitive and grounding practice that powers up your body’s inherent detoxification process. Detox Flow is a vinyasa style class, slowed down,  with an emphasis on twists, binds, and hip openers which can help to reduce back pain, increase circulation, and aid in digestion while destressing the mind. A strong focus is placed on the breath to clear and calm the mind and nervous system. This class is often accompanied by rhythmic and grounding music; the room is heated to 90 degrees.

Yoga + HIIT

The perfect blend of zen, sweat and music. Think Power Yoga Class with a High Intensity Interval (HIIT) session dropped into the middle of the class. You get the yoga vibes combined with a high intensity, sweaty workout. You will warm up with a power yoga class and then drop into a 12-16 minute HIIT session. The HIIT session is offered with and without hand weights. Grab some water, towel off and then drop into a restorative yoga session to drop your heart rate and come back to that blissful yoga calm. You’ll leave this class ready to take on the world!

Power Magic

Power Magic is the balance between effort & ease. This class kicks off with a meditation to get you grounded and present, followed by a Baptiste-inspired power flow to strengthen and lengthen the muscles, then we will slow it down and bring you to the floor with restorative and or yin yoga holds. The magic of this class is in our final practice of Yoga Nidra (think sleeping yoga). Grounding, balancing, strengthening, flexibility and deep rest. Everything you can ask for in one class. Magical.

Breathwork Class

Breathwork (Pranayama) is a yogic form of energy control that is practiced through a series of breathing exercises.

This class will include a variety of breathing practices, meditation, and deep relaxation. It is understood that empowered breathing is essential to healthy life and vitality. It is also an important component for developing a stronger yoga practice. For thousands of years yogis have experimented with unique breathing techniques, called pranayamas, to reach higher states of consciousness and wellbeing.
This class is an all levels breathwork practice that will leave you feeling challenged and renewed.
